"Yadid L'Chinuch" needs people who care. You deal only with small groups, even one-on-one. You can tutor kids in math or English or just lend an ear. You don't have to have a teaching background. You should only be healthy! The Municipality still offers tai chi in the park at the corner of Herzl and Begin (opposite the Central Bus Station) every Friday morning from 8:30 to 9:30. The yoga group meets in the same park on Sunday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30. Both activities sponsored by the "GO Active" sports club. With winter coming timings may change, so be sure to check the times in the coming weeks.

Did you know? There's a zoo in Park Lachish (opposite the ORT maritime school) on the southern bank of the stream you cross to reach the port. It's smaller than an African safari but large enough to spend a morning. It's a nice place to bring the kids or grandkids. Check it out.
